Just had to write to thank you for our fabulous holiday in Vietnam, we were really well looked after from the moment we stepped off the plane in Hanoi. Everything you organised for us worked like clockwork. We had private transfers throughout our holiday in modern people carriers with excellent drivers and really well informed guides who were very careful to ensure all our needs were fully catered for. The hotels you selected were of a great standard and where you arranged meals they were invariably at high quality restaurants. The trip to Halong Bay was a highlight of our holiday and again, in selecting Emotion Cruise, we felt we had one of the best boats in the bay. Every trip you organised for us included so many unexpected extras and always exceeded our expectations. Most important of all, the price we paid for our three weeks in Vietnam was such fantastic value for money, I still cannot believe we paid so little and had not expected such a high level of service.
