General Information:

A Vietnamese entry visa is required for all foreigners wishing to visit Vietnam except for citizens of countries having bilateral agreements on visa exemption with Vietnam.

Tourist visa: is the most popular with single entry, if you plan to travel to the third country then coming back Viet Nam for second, you should arrange double entry or multiple entry visa. Tourist visa permits to stay 30 days in Viet Nam. Tourist visas may be extended after your arrival in Vietnam.

Businness visa: If you come to Vietnam for business, you can apply for multiple entry Business visa, validity of 3-6 months. To get Business visa, the confirmation of your partner is required.

Others: If you work in Viet Nam, Work visa will be issued 1 year with multiple entries. Invitation Letter is required by Viet Nam Immigration Department.

Visa fee:

TOURIST VISA: Need 3 working days to get Approval code
- Single entry : $US 13
- Double entry : $ US 18

BUSINESS VISA: Need 4 working days to get Approval code
- 3 month, multiple entry : $US 35
- 6 months, multiple entry : $US 45

The above fees for notification in Viet Nam side only, you will have to pay fee for visa stamped in Vietnamese Embassy according to regulation of the Embassy.

Visa emergency

If your trip to Viet Nam is in an emergency/ or your city does not have Viet Nam Embassy or Consulate there, you can take visa upon arrival Viet Nam International airport.

Tourist visa: We'll send you the visa approval letter. Upon arriving at the airport, you'll get visa. You remember to bring 02 photos for application form. Beside visa approval code service fee, you have to pay directly at Immigration desk.

Service fee: US$ 25/person

Normal, it takes 4 days to get Approval code, if you need urgent, price will be added US$10/person.
